Various industrial pipe fittings in the form of tees, elbow of 45°or 90° are provided to connect the header and discharge pipes. Header sleeves and snap tight clamps ensure leak proof connections even under vacuum, with out use of any special tools used in industrial pipe fittings.

Discharge pipes have similar specifications as header pipes. Similar fittings and sleeves are used to connect the pipes. In addition, one, two or five bolt couplings are used depending on pressure in the water discharge pipe. In addition specially designed header and water discharge pipe supports are available to make the operation simple and efficient. All operations are conducted with simple hand tools.

The all plastic swing joint uses moulded elbows on either end of the swing joint, one fitting into the Welltop and the other in to the header saddle. All fitting are made with "O" rings ensuring a perfect seal without use of any tools. The connections are leak proof in both vacuum and pressure. The industrial swing joint may be provided with a PVC ball valve for isolating it from the rest of the well points.

Made of strong and rigid PVC, complete's header pipes weigh one fourth of steel pipes of similar size and specifications. These pipes are available in 20 feet (6mts) lengths and in diameters ranging from 4" (100mm) through 10" (250mm). Being of light plastic, these are easily carried by hand. Outlets with saddles are spaced at 7 per 20' (6m) or 14 per 20' (6m) as per requirement. Unused saddles are easily capped with plastic plugs.
